This year, in our refuge we have prepared a menu designed to delight the palate and warm the hearts.

We start our journey with a selection of appetizers that tell the story of local traditions, where each dish is prepared with high quality ingredients, carefully chosen to offer a unique experience.

We will continue with the first courses, where the creaminess of the blue cream gnocchi is perfectly combined with the freshness of asparagus and the crispness of the bacon. A combination that celebrates the richness of seasonal flavors.

The second dish is a real tribute to the rustic mountain cuisine, perfect for finishing a lunch in style.
