We present our special Christmas menu, a journey into the authentic flavors of local culinary traditions, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each dish is designed to warm the hearts and celebrate the holidays in a cozy and festive atmosphere.
We begin our gastronomic journey with a selection of appetizers that tell the story of our land: typical cold cuts, a savory pie with gorgonzola, radicchio and walnuts, a delicate cardoon flan with bagna caoda sauce, and a Christmas salad, perfect for whetting the appetite.
We will continue with two pasta dishes that enhance the flavors of winter: our fresh pasta with pumpkin and sausage sauce, and porcini mushroom mezzelune pasta, topped with melted butter, a true embrace of flavor.
The main course is a roasted priest’s hat, served with baked potatoes, for a rich and hearty experience, ideal for the holidays.
Finally, we will end on a sweet note with our house dessert, a tribute to the Christmas baking tradition.
