We invite you to celebrate the arrival of the New Year in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by the beauty of the mountains.

Our special menu for the evening is a culinary journey through the authentic flavors of tradition, prepared with fresh, local ingredients.

We will begin with a selection of appetizers that will delight the palate, including typical cold cuts, a delicate pumpkin flan, and delicious savoy cabbage dumplings with sausage and Toma cheese. We will continue with our renowned agnolotti al sugo di arrosto, a first course that tastes like home. The second course, a timeless classic, will be cotechino and lentils, a symbol of prosperity for the new year.

To end on a sweet note, we will delight you with our house dessert, accompanied by a traditional panettone and a flute of bubbles to toast to midnight together.

Water, a quart of Dolcetto d’Alba DOC and coffee will complete our menu, making your evening even more special.

And if you wish to prolong the magic of the night, the Colle del Lys Refuge also offers the possibility of staying in comfortable rooms to wake up in an enchanting landscape.
