Since 2009, “Colle del Lys” Refuge – located at the pass connecting the Lanzo Valleys with the Susa Valley – has welcomed its guests, blending culinary traditions and outdoor tourism with breathtaking views stretching from Gran Paradiso to Monte Rosa.
Here, you will find a unique and spectacular environment where nature, traditional cuisine, and a wide range of activities come together to offer an unforgettable experience. Accessible year-round, the refuge, entirely built of stone and Nordic pinewood, is the ideal choice for those seeking relaxation, adventure, and authentic flavors.
Yeti Village Snow Park
Located in the heart of the stunning Colle del Lys landscape, the Yeti Village is a family-friendly ski complex offering fun for everyone, including the Baby Snow Park for the little ones.
San Vito Hut

Summer
In summer, Colle del Lys becomes a paradise for hikers and nature lovers.
From the refuge, you can set out on simple walks or more challenging hikes. The surrounding trails are also suitable for activities like mountain biking, while nearby climbing crags offer many challenges for climbing enthusiasts. At “Colle del Lys” Refuge, you can rent and recharge e-bikes, book a packed lunch, or enjoy traditional cuisine for lunch and dinner, ending the day stargazing far from light pollution.
Winter
Winter transforms Colle del Lys into a magical snowy wonderland.
The Yeti Village Snow Park welcomes families with sports and fun activities for children aged 2 to 12. Winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Walks on fresh snow provide a unique experience, where observant visitors may spot tracks left by the abundant local wildlife. The cozy atmosphere of “Colle del Lys” Refugeoffers a warm refuge to relax and recharge with hot chocolate, mulled wine, or Alpine herbal punches, as well as to savor the authentic flavors of mountain and Piedmontese traditions. Spring
With the arrival of spring, the park awakens with a profusion of colorful flowers.
This is the ideal time for nature walks, where you can admire the first blooms of Euphorbia Gibelliana Peola, a rare plant from the Cenozoic Era, which has found its exclusive and ideal habitat in the park. Observe local fauna or explore the ancient and picturesque alpine villages nearby.
Autumn

The refuge’s restaurant offers traditional dishes from Piedmontese and mountain cuisine, featuring local specialties such as “lait brusc” toma cheese, Lanzo blue cheese and toma, and “turgia” salami, alongside some creatively inspired dishes. Highlights include a careful selection of regional appetizers, fresh pasta-based first courses, wild game main courses paired with traditional stone-ground polenta, delicious cakes and unique desserts, and a curated assortment of Alpine herbal liqueurs.

Among its main attractions, the Baby Snow Park is a specially designed area for children, allowing them to take their first steps on snow safely. The cross-country skiing ring is ideal for skiing and snowshoeing enthusiasts. Winter lovers will find a natural paradise here, where they can enjoy their favorite activities amidst enchanting landscapes.
“San Vito” Hut
“San Vito” Hut is an ideal stop for excursions exploring the park’s beauty and engaging in numerous outdoor activities.
It offers a comfortable retreat immersed in nature, perfect for mountain biking enthusiasts, with thrilling routes and rental options available. Accessible by retrieving the key from “Colle del Lys” Refuge, the facility features a dormitory with 22 beds, a separate accessible room for disabled guests, a food preparation area, showers, toilets, electricity, and heating for winter months.
